| fee of $250.00 you will receive all of the listed services below as well as a Preferred Customer |
| Discount and priority on scheduling your calls. |

| At the beginning of each fiscal year, the Start up Maintenance will be done upon the signing |
| of a new maintenance schedule. Helping maintain a safe, prosperous and efficient work place. |
